(3x-8)(x+5)=(5x-2)(x-2)

by solving we get a quadratic equation,

2x*2-19x+44=0

by factorisation we get

2x*2-8x-11x+44=0

2x(x-4)-11(x-4)=0

(x-4)(2x-11)=0

the roots of x may be 4 or 11/2
