x² + 5x + 6 = 0

➪ x² + (3 + 2)x + 6 = 0

➪ x² + 3x + 2x + 6 = 0

➪ x(x + 3) + 2(x + 3) = 0

➪ (x + 2) (x + 3) = 0

now, put

x + 2 = 0

x = -2

and

x + 3 = 0

x = -3

so, roots of the equation are -2 and -3

Answer:

x=(-2) and x=(-3)

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, +5x+6=0

=>+2x+3x+6=0

=>x(x+2)+3(x+2)=0

=>(x+2) (x+3)=0

so, the roots are x+2=0

x=(-2)

and. x+3=0

x=(-3)
