Given :-

Marked price (MP) :- ₹ 1300

Discount (D) :- 1.5 %

To Find :-

Selling price of the given sum

Formula :-

 \tt \large \red \bigstar \: \orange {\underline {\underline {MP - 1.5 \small \bf\% \large \: \tt of \: 1300}}} \: \red\bigstar

Solution :-

: \implies \tt1300 - 1.5 \bf\% \: \tt \: of \: 1300

: \implies \tt1300 - \frac{1.5}{100} \times 1300 \\

: \implies \tt1300 - \frac{15}{1000} \times 1300 \\

: \implies \tt \frac{15}{ \cancel{1000}} \times \cancel{1300} = \frac{15}{10} \times 13 \\

: \implies \tt1300 - \cancel \frac{15}{10} \times 13 = 1300 - \frac{3 \times 13}{2} \\

: \implies \tt1300 - \frac{39}{2} = 1300 - 19.5 \\

: \implies \tt1280.5

\Huge\thereforeThe selling price is ₹ 1280.5
