let sides be x..............(all sides of square are equal)

all angles of square  90°

so, 10² = x² + x²...( pythagoras theorem= H² = P² +B²

     100 =2x²

     100/2 = x²

         √50 =x

          5√2 cm = x

now, perimeter = 4 * side

                        = 4* 5√2

                        = 20√2 cm
