I think,

diagonal = √50 then its square = 50.

now, according to the formula,

(diagonal)2 = (one side )2+(second side)2.

so,

50= 2 ×(side)2 ______(because square's are sides are equal in measurements).

50÷2 = (side)2.

25= (side)2.

side= 5units.

and so perimeter is 4× side.

4×5= 20units.
