Find the side lengths of a triangle with a perimeter of 120 in. and the ratio of the
sides as 3:4:5.

Let the sides of triangle ABC be 3x , 4x and 5x

And it's perimeter is 120

perimeter of triangle = Sum of all sides

120 = 3x + 4x + 5x

120 = 12x

120÷12 = x

10 = x

1st side = 3x = 3×10

= 30

2nd side = 4x = 4×10 = 40

3rd side = 5×10 = 50
