Correct Question:-

Find the side of a square which has the same area as a rhombus of side 18 cm and height 4.5 CM.

Given that

  • Side of rhombus = 18cm

  • Height of rhombus = 4.5 cm

  • Area of square is equal to area of rhombus

To find:-

  • Side of square

\huge\sf{\underline{\underline{Answer}}}

\sf\boxed{Area\: of\: rhombus\: = \:Side\: ×\:Height}

= 18 cm × 4.5 cm

= 81 cm^2

given, Area of Square = Area of Rhombus

let x be side of square

so , area of square=(side)^2

x  {}^{2}  = 81 \\  \\ x = 9

So , side of square is 9 cm.

Comparing Both we get,

\red\leadsto \:  {side}^{2}  = 18 \times 4.5 \\  \\ \red\leadsto \:  {side}^{2}  =81 \\  \\ \red\leadsto \:  side = \sqrt{81}  \\  \\ \red\leadsto \:   \boxed{ \red{side_{square}  = 9\: cm}}

Hence, Side of Square will be 9cm...
