Let side be x

Diagonal= hypotnuse

x^2+x^2=(16√2)^2

2x^2=256*2

x^2=256*2/2

x^2=256

x=√256

x=16

Therefore side = 16cm

Diagonal of square = a√2. ( Let side be a)

16√2 = a√2

or, a = 16 × √2 ÷√2

a = 16 cm
