the sides are

 \frac{48}{2}  \times  \frac{3}{5 + 3}  \\  = 9 \\ and \\  \frac{48}{2}  \times   \frac{5}{5 + 3}  \\  = 15

therefore the all sides are....9,15,9,15

Perimeter = 48

2 sides = 3:5

3+5=8

so 3/8 * 48 = 18/2 = 9

& 5/8 * 48 = 30/2 = 15

Therefore the four sides of the parallelogram are : 9 , 15 , 9 , 15
