1)The similarity of motion of earth and spinning top is that:
a)While revolving around the sun the earth rotates on its own axis also.....which is done by spinning top also.
2)The dissimilarity is that:
a)When the earth move around the sun then it revolves around it whereas spinning top does not revolve jst rotate on its own axis.
b)Another thing is that earth revolves in a fixed orbit whereas top have random motion it does not have any fixed orbit and move here and there.
