discount of 20% on 100 will be 20

so the new no. now is 100-20= 80

and after this the discount of 10%

so 10% of 80 will be 8

80-8= 72.....

now the no. was 100
and now it is 72 .....

so 100-28 ( discount in rs )
100-? (in percentage)

it will be 100*28/100

=28%

so the discount of 20% and 10% will be equal to 28% of discount......
