Let the smallest angle be x degrees.

Then the angle given = 2x-20

We know that the opposite angles are equal

Therefore


<1+<2+<3+<4=360 ( angle sum property of a quadrilateral )

x+2x-20+x+2x-20=360

6x-40=360

6x=360+40

6x=400

x=400/6

x=66.7 (approx )

Therefore the smallest angle =66.7

Another angle =2×66.7-20

=113.4
