Let us take the line in slope-intercept form, which is y=mx+c ........... (i)

It passes through the point P(−2,−3) and slope m=53

If a line passes through point P(p,q) and slope m=a, then the value of c can be obtained by putting

x=p,y=q and m=a

Here, p=−2,q=−3 and m=53

Substituting x=p=−2,y=q=−3 and m=a=53 in (i) we get

−3=53×(−2)+c⟹c=5−9

∴(i) becomes y=53x+5−9⟹3x−5y−9=0

Hence, option B is correct.
