so we have

\rm\to\:x_1=1,y_2 =2,x_1=5\:and\: y_2=10

Put the value on formula

\rm\to\:slope(m)=\dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2 - x_1}

\rm\to\: slope(m)=\dfrac{10-2}{5-1}

\rm\to slope(m)=\dfrac{8}{4}=2
