Answer:

slope of the line (m)= -x coefficient/ y coefficient

so (m)= -2/-3 = 2/3 ans

Answer:

The slope of any line ax+by +c= 0 is given by -a/b

So, there applying this formula the slope comes out to be 2/3.

However, if this formula may give you a neck pain , never forget the form of a straight line represented by the equation

y = mx + c where m is it's slope and c is it's intercept made on the y-axis with respect to the origin

So, here,

3y = 2x + 5

y = 2/3 x + 5/3

which again on comparing with the standard form of y = mx + c

tells us that the slope of the line must be 2/3
