Hello!

Step-by-step explanation:

Slope: \frac{Y^2-Y^1}{X^2-X^1}=\frac{rise}{run}

\frac{4-(-2)=4+2=6}{(-1)-3=-4}=\frac{6}{-4}

\frac{6/2}{-4/2}=\frac{3}{-2}

Slope is 3/-2

Answer: 3/-2

Hope this helps!
