slope passing thru 2 points formula
m=y2-y1/x2-x1
m= -2-(-3)/-1-(-8)
= -2+3/-1+8
= 1/7

Hello!

Step-by-step explanation:

Lesson: Exploring Slope/Slope-intercept form

Slope: \frac{Y^2-Y^1}{X^2-X^1}=\frac{rise}{run}

\frac{(-2)-(-3)=-2+3=1}{(-1)-(-8)=-1+8=7}=\frac{1}{7}

Answer: 1/7

Slope is 1/7

Hope this helps!

Thanks!
