Find the slope of the tangent on the curve y=x^3 at x=2.

here is your answer

slope of the tangent on the curve can also be find with the help of differentiation.....

so just differentiate it and put the value of X as

dy/dx = d(x^3)/dx

..............= 3x^2.....

now put value of X in this

= 3× 2^2

= 3×4

= 12
