Find the slope ,x intercept and y intercept of each of the following lines 4x-3y=12

Hey dear,

Here is your answer...

X intercept means when y ordinate is 0

put y -0 in this equation...

4x =12
X = 3. .......,........ Ans.

when y intercept we have to find then it means absicca is 0 (X coordinate)
-3y = 12
y = - 4. ..............Ans.

so, now
slope of line = - ( a ) /b
as the general equation of line is ax+ by + c = 0

so, here compare these equations

a = 4 ; b = -3

slope = -4/-3
= 4/3...............Ans.
