Hey there!❤

here is ur ans!

rewriting the equation

y = 3x - 9.....(comparing with y = mx + c)

concept

intercept form of a line

 \frac{x}{a}  +  \frac{y}{b}  = 1

where a = X intercept and b = y intercept of a line

❇️ intercept of line

given equation

3 x- y -9 = 0

3 X -y = 9

divide both sides by 9

then ,

 \frac{x}{3}  -  \frac{y}{9}  = 1

clearly you observe X intercept = 3

and y intercept = -9

❇️slope for equation of line

y = MX +c

3x-y -9= 0

y= 3x-9

hence slope = 3

I hope it helps you
