15 = 3 x 5
24 = 8 x 3 = 2^3 x 3
30 = 3 x 10 = 2 x 3 x 5
lcm = 2^3 x 3 x 5 = 120
Smallest 5 digit number = 10000
when 10000 is divided by 120, it leaves a remainder 40. Hence add '80' to 10,000 [40 remainder + 80 = 120, now it will be divisible by 120] so that the resultant number 10,080 will be divisible by 120 or each of 15,24,30
