on prime factorization we get
1323=3×3×3×7×7
but to get a perfect cube we need triplets of prime number(like 3×3×3 or 7×7×7)
in the factors of 1323 ,3 occurs in triplets but seven does not,so to get a triplet of seven we need to multiply it by 7 again.
∴7 should be multiplied to 1323 to get a perfect cube.

i hope it helps
