first we need to find the prime factorization of the given number 1620

→ 1620= 2 x 2 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 5

 =  {2}^{2}  \times  {3}^{2}  \times  {5}^{1}

therefore, the smallest number by which 1620 should be divided to get a perfect square is 5.

now,

 \frac{1620}{5}  = 324 \\  \\  \sqrt{324}  =  {2}^{2}  \times  {3}^{2}  \times  {3}^{2}  \\  \\  = 2 \times 3 \times 3 = 18
