after prime factorisation we get:

3×3×23×23×5

we saw 3 & 23 are in pairs but 5 is not in pair

to make 23805 a perfect square we would multiply 5 in it.

then we get : 23805×5 = 119025

which is a perfect square.

119085 = 345 .
