27783 = 9* 3087 = 9*9* 343 = 9*9*7*49
Hence we can see that we have 9*9 or 81, 49 which are perfect squares.
So if we multiply '7' to the number we get a perfect sqaure number
27783*7 = 9*9*7*7*49

Hence '7' is the smallest number that should be multiplied.

Thus 27783 × 7 = 194481 which is a perfect square number.
