If we make a factor tree of 3645, we will find

3645 = 5×3×3×3×3×3×3

=> 3645 = 5×3^6

therefore, if we multiply 3645 by 5 it will be a perfect square and indeed will be of 135.

3645×5 = 18225

18225 = 5×5×3×3×3×3×3×3

=> 18225 = 5^2 × 3^6

=> √18225 = 5 × 3^3 = 135.

This is your answer.
