Find the smallest number by which 9408 is multiplied and also divided so as to make it a perfect square. Also find the square root of the number so obtained.

so, 9408 should be divided or multiplied by 3 to make it a perfect square.

  9408  =  2×2×2×2×2×2×7×7×3×3

√9408  =  2×2×2×7×3

             =  8×21  

             =  168

thus, √9408 is a square of 168.
