=> smallest 4 digit = 1000

now 

1000/29

=> 34.48.........

now let us round of 34.48......... to the next hundered

=> on rounding off 34.48........

=> 35 [approx]

now,

35 * 29

=>  1015

hence 1015 is the  the smallest number of 4 digits which is divided by 29
