• The number which is exactly divisible by 12 , 16 and 18 will be it's LCM
LCM ( 12 , 16 , 18 ) :-
2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 3 × 3 = 144
LCM = 144
• Smallest 5 digit number is :- 10000

The required number is :-
10000 + ( 144 - 64 )
10000 + 80
= 10080
So, 10080 is the smallest 5 digit number which is divisible by 12 , 16 and 18
• The number which is exactly divisible by 12 , 16 and 18 will be it's LCM
