The smallest number which when divided by the given numbers leaves no remainder. The least number which is exactly divisible by each given number is their L.C.M. The required number is L.C.M of 12, 15, 18 and 24 and 36. Hence, the required number is 360.

The L.C.M is the smallest integer that is exactly divisible by each given number.

Required number L.C.M. of 12, 15, 18, 24, and 36.

So, L.C.M. = least required number

=2\times2 \times 3\times 3\times 5\times 2 = 360

Hence, the least required number = 360
