When we round off a number to its nearest 100s, we round it off if it's 50 or more than 50....

For example: 50 when rounded off to nearest 100s becomes 100 and 65 when rounded off to nearest 100s also becomes 100. Similarly 150 when rounded off to nearest 100s becomes 200.

This way the smallest number which when rounded off to the nearest 100s becomes 300 is 301.
