Find the smallest positive rational number by which 1/7 should be multiplied so that it's decimal expansion terminates after 2 places of decimals.All other sites are getting 7/25 but my answer is 7/100.Is it right?

YA U R RIGHT ACTUALLY.....

IF WE MULTIPLY 1/7*7/100

WE GET 7/700

1/100

0.01

UPTO TWO DESIMAL PLACES.....

RIGHT?

THERE IS WRITTEN THAT....

THE SMALLEST.....

SO IF BY MULTIPLING THE 1/7*7/25

=7/175

=0.04

SO THE CORRECT ANS WILL BE 7/100....
