Step-by-step explanation:

if X + 2y + 5 = 0 and 3x + 6y-1 = 0

= x =1 then y =

1+2y=-5

2y=-5-1

2y=-6

y=6/2

y=3

3x+6y-1=0

when x =1

3(1)+6y=1

3+6y=1

6y=1-3

6y=-2

y=-2/6

y=-1/3
