(4x+y=4)×3.........2 equation

2x-3y=1
signs will be changed and y will be cancelled
10x=11
x=11/10
2(11/10)-3y=1
11/5-3y=1
-3y=1+11/5
y=16/5×(-3)
y= -16/15
