in 1st eq. x+y=14

SOLUTION-: x+y=14

let x=7

7+y=14

y=14-7=7

so our solution for 1st equation { in the form(x,y) } is (7,7) which give the value of x as 7 and y also as 7

in 2nd eq. x-y=4

SOLUTION -:x-y=4

let x=7

7-y=4

-y=4-7

-y=-3

y=3

so our solution for 1st equation { in the form(x,y) } is (7,3) which give the value of x as 7 and y as 3
