by trail and error method,

put x=0 in the given equation
x=0=> 5 (0) + 10 = 10 (it's not equal to the RHS of the given equation i.e., 15)

put x=1 in the given equation
x=1 => 5 (1) + 10 = 15 (it's equal to the RHS of the given equation i.e., 15)

Therefore x=1 is the answer
