 \frac{x}{2}  +  \frac{3y}{5}  =  - 1

 \frac{5x + 6y}{10}

5x + 6y =  - 1 \times 10

5x + 6y =  - 10

x + 6y =  \frac{ - 10}{5}

x + 6y = \frac{ - 2}{1}

x + y =  \frac{ - 2}{6}

x + y =  \frac{ - 1}{3}
