Explanation:

Upthrust of floating object = weight of the water displaced

Weight = mg

m = 200 g = 0.2 kg

g = 10 m/s²

Weight = 0.2 × 10

= 2 N

If you take g = 9.8 m/s²

Weight = 0.2 × 9.8

= 1.96 N

Upthrust due to water (when g = 10 m/s²) = 2 N

Upthrust due to water (when g = 9.8 m/s²) = 1.96 N

Hope this helps you.
