Here both lines do not intersect.. if u divide equation 2 by 2 then 3y-2x=3/2 then 2x=3y-3/2 put in equation 1 value of 2x u will get -3/2=5 which cannot be possible

Here, a1/a2=b1/b2 not =c1/c2
2/4=3/6 not equal to 5/3
So the equations are inconsistent and they dont possess a solution
