given , x=10+3y....... (1)

and x=-30+7y........ (2)

comparing equation (1) and (2)

10+3y=-30+7y

=>3y-7y=-30-10

=>-4y= -40

=>y = 10

therefore from equation (1),we get

x= 10+3×10

=>x=40

10x + 3y =  - 30 + 7y

3y - 7y =  - 30 - 10

 - 4y =  - 40

y = 10

then subsitute the value of y in equation 2

x =  - 30 + 7  \times 10

x =  - 30 + 70

x = 40

(x,y)=(10,40)---Ans
