 (x - y)^{2}  =  {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2}  - 2xy \\  {(0.6x - 0.7y)}^{2}  = {(0.6x)}^{2}  +  {(0.7)}^{2}  - 2(0.6x)(0.7)y \\  = 0.36 {x}^{2}  + 0.49 {y}^{2}  + 0.84xy
