FINDING SQUARE

(a + 2b)²

= (a)² + 2.a.2b + (2b)² [ using identity -- (x+y)² = x²+2xy+b² ]

= a² + 4ab + 4b²

(a+2b)^2=a^2+2b^2+2a2b...((aa+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab)
therefore answer is a^2+4b^2+4ab hope it helps
