The answer is I think wrong because 1.5 × 1.5 = 2.25

The number isn't a perfect square as to become a perfect square, the decimal should be in front of even number of digits such as in 0.25, 0.0036, 0.0121 etc.
Thus, it is proved that the number is not a perfect square because if we add a 0 behind it also; the number will become 2.50 which is indeed not a perfect square.
