 ({ \sqrt{45} -  \sqrt{40} ) }^{2}   \\ using \: identity \:  \\ ( x + y)^{2}  =   {x}^{2}   +  {y}^{2}  - 2xy \\ we \: get \\  { \sqrt{45} }^{2}  +  { \sqrt{40} }^{2}  - 2 \sqrt{45} \sqrt{40}   \\  = 45 + 40 - 2 \sqrt{1800}  = 85 - 2 \times 30 \sqrt{2}  \\  = 85 - 60 \sqrt{2}
