 \sqrt{0.045369}  \\  =  \frac{ \sqrt{45369} }{ \sqrt{1000000} }  \\  =  \frac{213}{1000}  \\  = 0.213

Now, for easy and more - convenient solution, we also can solve it in an another excellent process. The process is shown under :

 \sqrt{0.045369}

 =  \sqrt{ \frac{45369}{1000000} }

 =  \sqrt{ \frac{213 \times 213}{1000 \times 1000} }

 =  \sqrt{( { \frac{213}{1000} })^{2} }

 =  \frac{213}{1000}

 = 0.213

This is the other process by which you are able to solve this question more easily.

But, answer will come out same, whether you follow the first or second process.
