first try to achieve first number i.e. 4 it can be done by 2 × 2 so place one 2 down and one above then add botj two to make 4 and use another digit of the number and use such a number wjich is multiplied again to give num ewuals to or less than the give number such that in case of 90, 42 is multiplied by 2 to give 84 if we would have use 3 instead of 2 then the number will become greater than 90
