To Find :  the sum

Solution:

-1/7  + 5/21

Taking LCM 21 in denominator

= ( -3 + 5)/21

= (2)/21

=  2/21

\dfrac{-1}{7} +\dfrac{5}{21}

=\dfrac{-3}{21} +\dfrac{5}{21}

=\dfrac{-3+5}{21}

=\dfrac{2}{21}
