Hey!

Sum means addition i.e. whenever we need to find the sum we are asked to add the given values or variables.

Here we will be adding 13 and -13

13 + (-13)

[When "+" is outside the bracket and "-" inside the bracket then we multiply them and we get "-"]

So,
13 - 13

Since,
Both the numbers have same numerical value, and their difference is always 0.

So your answer is,
