Answer = -3-11 + 5/9

             > 3/11 +5/9          [ negatives get cancelled ]

             Taking LCM of 9 and 11 as 99

             > 27 + 55 / 99

             > 82/99

( Multiplying 3 by 99 then dividing it by 11 and multiplying 5 by 99 then dividing it by 9 )
