a .\:  \frac{4}{5}  \div  \frac{2}{5}  =  \frac{4}{5}  \times  \frac{5}{2}  = 2

b. \:  \frac{1}{5}  +  \frac{2}{ - 5}  =  \frac{1 - 2}{5}  =  \frac{ - 1}{5}

c. \:  \frac{2}{3}  \times 6 = 4

d. \: 15 \times 15 =  {15}^{2}  \: or \:  \:  \:  {3}^{2} \times  {5}^{2}
